Strawberry cheesecake trifle

Ingredients/Components

• 8 oz - 2 pkg
• confectioners sugar - 2 c
• sour cream - 1 c
• vanilla - 1/2 tsp
• whipping cream - 1/2 pt
• sugar - 1 Tbsp
• angel food cake, torn into pieces - 1 item
• strawberries - 2 qt

How to make strawberry cheesecake trifle:

In a large bowl, cream together cream cheese and sugar; add sour cream and vanilla. Set aside. Whip the cream; add vanilla and sugar. Fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture. Add cake pieces; set aside. Combine strawberries, sugar and vanilla. Layer together in a large glass bowl, starting with strawberries, then adding cake mixture. Continue layering; finish with strawberries.
