Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 2 c
  • cornstarch - 4 Tbsp
  • water - 2 c
  • red food coloring - 1 item
  • sliced strawberries - 1 qt
  • to 5 sliced bananas - 4 item

How to make strawberries and bananas:

Cook sugar, cornstarch and water until clear and thickened, then add food coloring. Place in refrigerator until ready to use.

In 9 x 13-inch pan, mix sliced strawberries and sliced bananas. Pour mixture over fruit and mix good. Serve at this time.
