Strawberries and almond cream

Ingredients/Components

• pkg - 1 1/2
• milk - 3/4 c
• almond extract - 1 2
• heavy whipping cream - 1 c
• large strawberries - 1 qt

How to make strawberries and almond cream:

Carefully wash berries; drain on paper towels. Cut a deep "X" from pointed end of each berry to 1/4-inch from stem end. Gently spread apart to make petals. Set aside on a serving plate. Prepare pudding according to package directions except use only 3/4 cup milk. Gently fold whipped cream and extract into pudding. Pipe pudding mix into strawberries from a decorating bag with a large tip. Serve immediately.
