Stir-fry cabbage



Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- water - 1 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- stalks celery, chopped - 2 item
- tomatoes - 1 qt
- large chopped green pepper - 1 item
- head cabbage, sliced - 1/2 item
How to make stir-fry cabbage:
Melt margarine in a large frypan or Dutch oven. Saute green pepper, onion and celery. Add cabbage, then add water and tomatoes. Cover and cook slowly for 15 minutes. Add vinegar and sugar. Cover and cook until tender.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Asian.
