Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- chicken broth
- broccoli flowerets - 2 c
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
- brown sugar or honey - 1 tsp
- large garlic cloves - 2 item
- cauliflower flowerets - 2 c
- bunch green onions, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, sliced diagonally - 1 c
- stalks celery, sliced diagonally - 4 item
- green pepper, sliced in julienne strips - 1 item
- vegetable oil increase if necessary - 2 Tbsp
How to make stir-fried vegetables:
