  • cornstarch - 2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
  • chicken broth
  • broccoli flowerets - 2 c
  • fresh mushrooms, sliced - 1 c
  • brown sugar or honey - 1 tsp
  • large garlic cloves - 2 item
  • cauliflower flowerets - 2 c
  • bunch green onions, sliced - 1 item
  • carrots, sliced diagonally - 1 c
  • stalks celery, sliced diagonally - 4 item
  • green pepper, sliced in julienne strips - 1 item
  • vegetable oil increase if necessary - 2 Tbsp

How to make stir-fried vegetables:

Sauce:1/2 c. chicken broth2 tsp. cornstarch1 tsp. brown sugar or honey1 Tbsp. soy sauce Heat oil in wok at 325°. Add garlic and saute until golden brown; discard. Add carrots, celery and onions and stir 3 to 4 minutes. Add remaining
