  • medium potatoes - 6 item
  • medium carrots - 4 item
  • whole kernel corn - 2 (16
  • hamburger meat, browned and drained
  • beef stew mix - 1 pkg

How to make stew:

Put 2 to 3 cups hot water in large stew pan. Add potatoes, carrots and onions (all peeled and diced). When halfway tender, add tomato sauce, corn, beef stew mix and hamburger meat. Add salt and pepper to taste. Cook on low heat until ready.

Optional: Add 1 can diced Ro-Tel tomatoes and green chilies. Adds a little warmth to stew.
