Ingredients/Components
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- peanut oil - 1 Tbsp
- Accent - 1/2 tsp
- green onion, minced - 1 item
- 10-inch fish best if white ocean fish - 1 item
- thumb-sized piece ginger, crushed - 1 item
How to make steamed fish:
Clean fish and lightly sprinkle with salt in stomach. Boil water in pan big enough for fish. Use enough water to just cover fish. When water boils, add fish and ginger. Turn heat off, cover and let stand 30 minutes. Take fish out on platter.Heat peanut oil until it smokes; then pour over fish. Sprinkle onions and garnish with lemon.
