- lemon juice - 1/4 c
- white pepper - 1 tsp
- catfish nuggets - 1 lb
- blackened seasoning - 1 tsp
How to make steamed fish:
In a bowl mix all ingredients and refrigerate at least 1 hour. Stir occasionally to blend, then put fish in steamer for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Freshwater fish, Bass.
