Sweet pea guacamole
Ingredients/Components
- lemon juice - 1 tsp
- cloves garlic, minced - 2 item
- chopped onions - 1/4 c
- chopped tomato - 2 Tbsp
- white pepper - 1/4 tsp
- cooked peas - 2 c
- or 5 drops hot pepper sauce - 4 item
How to make sweet pea guacamole:
In food processor bowl with metal blade or blender container, combine all ingredients except tomato. Blend until smooth. Spoon into serving dish. Cover. Refrigerate 1 or 2 hours to blend flavors.Garnish with chopped tomato. Serve with tortilla chips, snack crackers or potato chips. Makes 1 1/4 cups.
