  • cooking oil - 3 Tbsp
  • salt to taste - 1 item
  • large onion, sliced - 1 item
  • round steak
  • garlic if desired - 1 item

How to make steak with onion gravy:

Add onion to oil in frypan. When light brown, add meat, water and salt. Cook slowly for approximately 1 1/2 hours or until done.
