- cans tomatoes - 3 item
- can corn - 1 item
- can green peas - 1 item
- medium sized potatoes - 8 item
- squirrels - 3 item
- medium sized onions - 5 item
- piece salt pork - 1 item
- celery and carrots, diced - 1 item
How to make squirrel mulligan:
Cook meat until tender and well done. Add the vegetables and simmer 1 hour. Season to taste with black pepper, salt and Tabasco sauce. Sift corn meal into mixture. Stir and cook the meal. Let set for a few minutes but keep warm and then serve.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Wild game.
