Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/3 c
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
  • salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/4 lb
  • head cauliflower, cut into pieces - 1 item
  • small red onion, cut into rings - 1 item
  • fresh bunch broccoli medium bunch, cut into pieces - 1 item

How to make spring salad:

Prepare vegetables and fry bacon. Toss the vegetables together. Mix sugar, Parmesan cheese and mayonnaise. Add to vegetables and mix. Add bacon pieces and salt and pepper to taste. Refrigerate overnight.
