Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- Parmesan cheese - 1/3 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- bunch broccoli, chopped - 1 item
- medium red onion, chopped - 1 item
- head cauliflower, chopped - 1 item
How to make springtime salad:
Combine vegetables, bacon and cheese. Mix sugar and mayonnaise together and add to vegetables. Stir; add salt and pepper, if desired. Refrigerate overnight for best flavor. Serves 8 to 10.Recipe categories: Salads, Lettuces, Greens.
