- eggs - 6 item
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour
- cold water - 6 Tbsp
- baking powder
- white sugar
- flavoring - 1 tsp
How to make sponge cake:
Beat egg yolks to lemon yellow color. Add sugar. Gradually add flour and water alternately. Add baking powder and salt. Beat after each addition. Beat egg whites until they form a peak. Fold into batter. Bake in a tube pan at 350° for 1 hour.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Egg.
