  • flour - 1 c
  • sugar - 1 c
  • baking powder - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • eggs, separated - 6 item
  • whipping cream
  • fresh strawberries, sliced - 1 pt

How to make sponge cake:

Topping:2 pt. whipping cream1/2 c. sugar1 pt. fresh strawberries, sliced Beat egg yolks. Mix in sugar. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Beat egg whites until stiff. Fold into flour mixture. Put in round pan, about 10-inch. Bake for 1 hour at 350°. When you take it out of oven, turn it upside down on 3 spice cans until cool. Take out of pan easy.

Beat cream and sugar until stiff. Slice cake in half. Fill bottom half with whip cream and strawberries. Put top of cake on bottom layer. Cover with whip cream and strawberries.
