  • cooked rice - 1 c
  • can whole tomatoes - 1 item
  • small can tomato paste - 1 item
  • fresh spinach - 1 item
  • garlic to taste - 1 item

How to make spinach soup:

Brown sausage (remove casing), onion and garlic. Add tomato paste. Add rest of the ingredients. Cook until carrots are soft. Any favorite vegetable(s) may be added.
