Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- soy sauce - 1 tsp
- sesame seed - 1/2 oz
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 c
- slivered almonds - 2 oz
- green onions, chopped - 6 item
- fresh spinach, washed and torn into bite-size pieces - 1 pkg
- fresh mushrooms, washed and sliced - 8 oz
- jicama, peeled and sliced - 1 item
- Ramen noodles, crushed into small pieces do not use the seasoning packet - 1 pkg
- Saute the remaining ingredients in 1/4 cup butter until brown
How to make spinach salad:
Set jicama, spinach, mushrooms and green onions to one side for later. Saute the remaining ingredients in 1/4 cup butter until brown.Dressing:1/2 c. vegetable oil1/3 c. sugar1/4 c. apple cider vinegar1 tsp. soy sauce Put into a pint jar and shake to blend.
