- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
- eggs - 3 item
- raisins - 2/3 c
- milk, scalded
- margarine, soft - 1/2 c
- bread cubes cinnamon raisin bread works well - 5 c
How to make bread pudding:
Beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed for about 1 minute. Slowly add the eggs and hot milk. Fold in the bread cubes and raisins and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 3-inch glass baking dish.
