Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1/2 tsp
• eggs - 3 item
• raisins - 2/3 c
• milk, scalded
• margarine, soft - 1/2 c
• bread cubes cinnamon raisin bread works well - 5 c

How to make bread pudding:

Beat margarine, sugar and cinnamon on medium speed for about 1 minute. Slowly add the eggs and hot milk. Fold in the bread cubes and raisins and turn into a greased 8 x 8 x 3-inch glass baking dish. Bake in a 350° oven for about 30 to 35 minutes or
