Ingredients/Components
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- vanilla - 1/2 tsp
- skimmed milk - 1/2 c
- frozen cholesterol-free egg product, thawed - 1/2 c
- slices English muffin bread - 12 item
How to make french toast:
Spray skillet or griddle with nonstick cooking spray; heat utensil until hot. Combine egg product, milk, cinnamon and vanilla; beat well. Dip bread into mixture to coat each side. Cook 2 to 3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Serve with powdered sugar or lite syrup.For a real treat, serve with fresh strawberries and skip the sugar and syrup.
