Ingredients/Components
- spinach - 1 pkg
- bacon, cooked and crumbled - 1 lb
- hard-boiled eggs - 3 item
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- salad oil
- sugar - 3/4 c
- catsup - 1/3 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- small onion - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. salad oil3/4 c. sugar1/3 c. catsup1/4 c. vinegar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce1 small onion Mix together in salad bowl spinach, bacon, eggs (chopped) and mushrooms.Dressing: Place oil, sugar, catsup, vinegar, Worcestershire and onion in a blender. Puree for 3 minutes. Let stand in refrigerator 3 to 4 hours before using. Serve over salad.
