  • pkg - 1 oz
  • milk
  • flour - 2 c
  • confectioners sugar - 1 c
  • sticks margarine - 2 item
  • chopped walnuts - 3/4 c
  • Cool Whip - 1 c
  • instant lemon pudding - 2 pkg
  • additional Cool Whip and walnuts as topping - 1 item

How to make lemon delight:

Mix flour, margarine and walnuts together. Press into bottom of buttered 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool. Mix confectioners sugar and cream cheese together; beat. Blend in Cool Whip. Spread over crust. Mix pudding with milk. Let sit until thick. Spread over cream cheese layer. Top with more Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
