Sunset salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- boiling water - 1 c
- crushed pineapple - 1 c
- pineapple juice - 1 c
- lemon jello - 1 pkg
- grated raw carrot - 1 c
How to make sunset salad:
Dissolve jello in boiling water. When thoroughly dissolved, add pineapple juice, salt, pineapple and carrot. Pour into a jello mold pan. When set, serve on a platter covered with lettuce. Serves 8.Note: A great addition to an Easter ham dinner.
