Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• salt - 2 tsp
• oil
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• catsup - 1/3 c
• hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
• bacon - 1/2 lb
• fresh spinach - 1 lb
• small grated onion - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 tsp. salt small grated onion Dressing: Mix ingredients. Dressing can be used on a lettuce salad and can be stored in refrigerator for quite a while.

Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Wash and dry spinach. Tear into pieces. Pour dressing on spinach. Add bacon pieces and sliced eggs.
