Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 2 tsp
- oil
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
- bacon - 1/2 lb
- fresh spinach - 1 lb
- small grated onion - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil3/4 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1/3 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 tsp. salt small grated onion Dressing: Mix ingredients. Dressing can be used on a lettuce salad and can be stored in refrigerator for quite a while.Fry bacon; drain and crumble. Wash and dry spinach. Tear into pieces. Pour dressing on spinach. Add bacon pieces and sliced eggs.
