Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/2 c
• salt - 1 tsp
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• salad oil
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
• catsup - 1/3 c
• medium onion - 1 item
• can bean sprouts - 1 item
• can water chestnuts - 1 item
• hard-boiled eggs - 4 item
• fresh spinach - 1 lb
• slices crisp bacon - 8 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. salad oil1/3 c. catsup1/2 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce1 tsp. salt1 medium onion Mix together spinach, sprouts (drained), eggs (chopped), sliced chestnuts and crumbled bacon.

For dressing, blend in blender all the dressing ingredients. Place over salad right before serving.
