  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 3 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • clove garlic, minced - 1 item
  • soy sauce - 3 tsp
  • bunch spinach - 1 item
  • sesame seed oil - 2 tsp
  • toasted sesame seed, crushed - 2 Tbsp
  • Korean hot sauce Ko Choo Jung - 1 tsp
  • dash of ajinomoto - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Sauce:1/2 tsp. salt1/2 tsp. pepper2 Tbsp. toasted sesame seed, crushed1 clove garlic, minced3 tsp. vinegar2 tsp. sesame seed oil3 tsp. soy sauce1 tsp. Korean hot sauce (Ko Choo Jung) dash of ajinomoto Wash and clean spinach. Bring water to boil; add salt. Add spinach; cook 2 to 3 minutes. Drain well and cool. Cut into 2 to 3-inch pieces.

Sauce: Combine ingredients; toss with spinach. Yields 4 servings.
