  • pkg - 1/2 oz
  • grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • Miracle Whip
  • can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
  • hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
  • bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 lb
  • Ranch dressing - 1/4 c
  • frozen peas, thawed - 1 pkg
  • red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
  • small bunch spinach - 1 item
  • head lettuce for top - 1/3 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip1/2 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley original party dip1/4 c. Ranch dressing1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Layer in 3-quart casserole dish first ingredients. Mix Miracle Whip, Ranch dressing and Hidden Valley original party dip together and pour on top. Put Parmesan cheese on top as finish. Refrigerate overnight.
