Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1/2 oz
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- Miracle Whip
- can water chestnuts, drained and sliced - 1 oz
- hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 3 item
- bacon, fried and crumbled - 1/2 lb
- Ranch dressing - 1/4 c
- frozen peas, thawed - 1 pkg
- red onion, thinly sliced - 1/2 item
- small bunch spinach - 1 item
- head lettuce for top - 1/3 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 1/4 c. Miracle Whip1/2 (1 oz.) pkg. Hidden Valley original party dip1/4 c. Ranch dressing1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese Layer in 3-quart casserole dish first ingredients. Mix Miracle Whip, Ranch dressing and Hidden Valley original party dip together and pour on top. Put Parmesan cheese on top as finish.
