  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • cream cheese - 8 oz
  • eggs - 3 item
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • powdered sugar
  • pumpkin spice - 1 tsp
  • oleo - 6 Tbsp
  • biscuit mix - 3/4 c
  • can pumpkin - 2/3 c

How to make pumpkin roll:

Filling:1/2 c. powdered sugar8 oz. cream cheese6 Tbsp. oleo1 tsp. vanilla Mix biscuit mix, eggs, sugar, pumpkin and spices. Pour into a 15 x 10 x 1-inch jelly roll pan that has been lined with wax paper, bottom and sides. Spread evenly and sprinkle with nuts. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Dust towel with powdered sugar and nuts. Dump cake on top and peel wax paper off. Roll cake and towel together. Let cool. When cool, unroll and spread filling (that has been beaten until smooth) on roll. Let set.
