  • vinegar
  • pepper - 1 tsp
  • prepared mustard - 2 tsp
  • croutons - 1 item
  • celery seed - 1 tsp
  • onion - 1/2 item
  • bacon, fried crisp and crumbled - 1 lb
  • to 8 mushrooms, sliced - 6 item
  • red onion to taste - 1 item
  • spinach, washed and torn into pieces - 1 lb
  • to 6 eggs, hard-boiled and sliced - 4 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:2/3 c. vinegar1 1/3 c. sugar1 tsp. celery seed1 tsp. salt2/3 c. oil1 tsp. pepper1/2 onion2 tsp. prepared mustard Combine salad ingredients and toss. Whirl dressing ingredients in blender and chill.
