Ingredients/Components
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 4 item
- croutons - 1 item
- fresh spinach - 1 pkg
- Ranch dressing - 1 item
- small red onion, sliced - 1 item
- small can real bacon bits - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Rinse spinach leaves well. Place them on paper towels to drain excess water. Break away the stem. Break leaves into a salad bowl. Add chopped boiled eggs and bacon bits. Take sliced onion and take apart to have onion rings. Toss everything together. Refrigerate.
