Spinach salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1/3 c
• oil
• vinegar - 1/4 c
• dash of salt - 1 item
• Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
• catsup - 1/3 c
• slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
• eggs, hard-boiled and chopped - 3 item
• broken walnuts optional - 1/4 c
• bag spinach, washed and broken - 1 item
• red cabbage, slivered optional - 1 item
• small onion to suit - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Dressing:1 c. oil1/3 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 small onion (to suit)1/3 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce dash of salt Combine spinach, bacon, eggs, cabbage and walnuts. Combine dressing ingredients in blender and pour over salad just before serving. This is enough for 2 salads.
