Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- oil
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- dash of salt - 1 item
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- catsup - 1/3 c
- slices bacon, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
- eggs, hard-boiled and chopped - 3 item
- broken walnuts optional - 1/4 c
- bag spinach, washed and broken - 1 item
- red cabbage, slivered optional - 1 item
- small onion to suit - 1 item
How to make spinach salad:
Dressing:1 c. oil1/3 c. sugar1/4 c. vinegar1 small onion (to suit)1/3 c. catsup1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce dash of salt Combine spinach, bacon, eggs, cabbage and walnuts. Combine dressing ingredients in blender and pour over salad just before serving. This is enough for 2 salads.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
