Spinach salad
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 2/3 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/4 c
- soy sauce - 2 tsp
- curry powder - 1/2 tsp
- seasoned pepper - 1/2 tsp
- bacon strips, cooked and crumbled - 5 item
- hard-cooked eggs, sliced - 2 item
- fresh spinach, torn into bite size pieces - 10 oz
How to make spinach salad:
Combine the first 9 ingredients in a jar; cover tightly and shake until well mixed. Place spinach in a large salad bowl. Just before serving, pour dressing over spinach. Toss. Garnish with eggs and bacon. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: American, Salads, North american.
