  • sugar - 2/3 c
  • salt - 1 tsp
  • vinegar - 1/3 c
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • prepared mustard
  • celery salt - 1 tsp
  • hard-boiled eggs, sliced - 4 item
  • Wesson oil - 1 c
  • spinach - 1 lb
  • slices bacon, crumbled - 8 item
  • Pepperidge Farm herb-seasoned stuffing mix - 1/2 pkg
  • Sweet-Sour Dressing:1 medium onion, finely chopped

How to make spinach salad:

Sweet-Sour Dressing:1 medium onion, finely chopped1 c. Wesson oil1/3 c. vinegar2/3 c. sugar3 heaping Tbsp. prepared mustard1 tsp. salt1 tsp. celery salt1/2 tsp. pepper Put salad dressing ingredients in jar and shake well. Mix with spinach, bacon, eggs and stuffing mix when ready to serve. Serves 6 to 8.
