  • prepared mustard - 3 Tbsp
  • small onion, chopped - 1 item
  • croutons - 1 item
  • celery seed - 2 Tbsp
  • bacon - 1 item
  • spinach - 1 item
  • hard-boiled eggs optional - 1 item

How to make spinach salad:

Mix salad dressing ingredients (celery seed, onion, sugar, oil, mustard, vinegar and seasonings). Assemble torn spinach leaves, croutons, cooked, crumbled bacon and eggs (if desired). Toss with dressing just before serving.
