Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- oil
- chopped peanuts - 1 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- red wine vinegar - 1/3 c
- sesame seed, toasted - 3 Tbsp
- bunch green onions, chopped - 1 item
- Ramen noodles - 2 pkg
- medium cabbage, shredded - 1 item
- chicken seasoning from noodles - 2 pkg
How to make cabbage crunch salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. oil1/3 c. red wine vinegar3/4 c. sugar1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce2 pkg. chicken seasoning from noodles Dressing: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl; let stand until the sugar has dissolved.Mix sesame seed, peanuts and noodles; reserve. Toss the cabbage and green onions together with dressing. Just before serving, add reserved "crunchy" mixture.
