  • Eggs - 8 item
  • Parmesan Cheese - 1 C
  • Spinach - 2 pkg
  • Green Pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • Small Onion, chopped - 1 item

How to make spinach quiche:

Cook spinach, drain and chopped into small pieces. Beat eggs with oil and cheese. Add onions, peppers and spinach. Bake at 325° for 20 - 25 min.
