Spinach lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- water - 1 c
- egg - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- Ricotta cheese - 1 lb
- lasagna noodles - 1/2 pkg
- shredded Mozzarella
- frozen chopped spinach - 1 pkg
- jars spaghetti sauce - 2 item
How to make spinach lasagna:
Mix Ricotta, 1 cup Mozzarella, egg, spinach, salt, oregano and pepper. Grease a large 13 x 9 x 2-inch dish and layer sauce, noodles and cheese mixture. Top with the rest of the sauce and sprinkle with rest of cheese. Cover and bake at 350° for about 1 hour. Let stand before cutting.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
