- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 4 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- Monterey Jack cheese, grated - 1 lb
How to make spinach cheese squares:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in oven in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan and then remove from oven. In large bowl beat eggs, add flour, milk, salt and baking powder and mix well. Add cheese and thawed spinach and pour into pan. Bake 25 to 30 minutes if usRecipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
