Spinach squares
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 1 oz
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 1 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- baking powder - 1 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- seasoned salt - 1 item
- minced onion or 1 small chopped onion - 1 Tbsp
How to make spinach squares:
Preheat oven to 350°. Melt butter in 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan. Beat eggs. Add flour, milk, salt and baking powder; mix. Add cheese, spinach (drain excess water) and onion. Pour into pan over melted butter. Sprinkle with seasoned salt. Bake at 350° for 35 minutes. Cool 45 minutes. Cut into small squares. Reheat for about 12 to 15 minutes at 350° if necessary.
