Ingredients/Components
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- onion, finely chopped - 1/2 item
- grated sharp cheese - 1/2 c
- frozen, chopped spinach - 1 pkg
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach; drain. Let cool, then add egg and remaining ingredients. Top with buttered croutons and bake at 350° for approximately 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
