- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- salt - 1 tsp
- cottage cheese - 2 c
- Parmesan cheese, grated - 1/2 c
How to make spinach casserole:
Cook spinach and drain thoroughly. Combine spinach with cottage cheese, salt, Parmesan cheese and eggs and blend thoroughly. Pour into a greased shallow casserole or 7 x 11-inch baking pan. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, One Dish meal.
