Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 3 item
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- salt
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- pepper
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/4 c
- cottage cheese
- minced onion - 2 Tbsp
- can corn - 1 oz
How to make garden patch casserole:
Beat or blend cottage cheese, sour cream, flour, eggs, onion, salt, salt and pepper together. Fold in vegetables. Pour into 2-quart casserole. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 325° for 45 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Casseroles, Broccoli.
