Ingredients/Components
- margarine - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium onion, chopped - 1 item
- frozen chopped broccoli, thawed - 1 pkg
- cooked rice - 2 c
- grated sharp cheese - 3/4 c
How to make broccoli and rice casserole:
Saute onion in margarine. Combine with remaining ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° for about 30 minutes. Serves 6.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, White rice.
