Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- soft butter - 3/4 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- thyme - 1/2 tsp
- well beaten eggs - 6 item
- water chestnuts, chopped - 1/2 c
- plain stuffing mix - 2 c
How to make spinach balls:
Combine all ingredients and mix well. Roll into balls the size of walnuts. Freeze separately on cookie sheet, then take as many as needed and bake 10 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Cheese.
