Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1 pt
- stick butter - 1 item
- Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
- can artichokes - 1 lb
How to make spinach and artichoke casserole:
Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter. Drain and quarter artichokes. Mix all together. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Vegetables, Main dish, Casseroles.
