  • sour cream - 1 pt
  • stick butter - 1 item
  • Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
  • salt and pepper - 1 item
  • finely chopped onions - 1/2 c
  • can artichokes - 1 lb

How to make spinach and artichoke casserole:

Cook spinach and drain well. Saute onion in butter. Drain and quarter artichokes. Mix all together. Top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
