Spiced walnuts

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 1 c
• cinnamon - 1 tsp
• vanilla
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• water - 1/2 c
• walnuts or pecans dot with butter on cookie sheet

How to make spiced walnuts:

Combine all ingredients; beat until creamy, then cook until hard boil or hard ball stage. Mix vanilla and nuts, beating again until creamy. Work fast. Break with fork.
