  • sugar - 1/2 c
  • cinnamon - 1 tsp
  • water - 1 Tbsp
  • nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
  • pecan halves - 3 c
  • cloves - 1/2 tsp
  • egg white - 1 item

How to make spiced pecans:

Beat egg white and water until foamy. Add pecans. Fold gently to coat. Mix spices and fold into pecan mix. Put on lightly greased sheet. Bake 30 minutes at 350°. Stir every 10 minutes. Store in jar or plastic tub.
