Broccoli cheese soup
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 4 c
- butter
- water - 5 c
- Velveeta cheese
- pepper to taste - 1 item
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- small onion - 1 item
- very fine noodles - 8 oz
- bunch broccoli, chopped small you can also use frozen - 1 item
How to make broccoli cheese soup:
Saute onions in butter for 3 minutes. Add water and bouillon cubes. Add cooked broccoli and reduce heat, add milk and cheese chunks, stir until melted and season with pepper. Yields 3 quarts.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Cheese, Soups & stews.
