Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 c
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- cold water - 2 Tbsp
- cloves - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- egg white - 1 item
- shelled pecans - 2 qt
How to make spiced pecans:
Mix all ingredients except pecans in a bowl. Stir in pecans until well coated. Spread in thin layer on greased cookie sheet. Bake at 250° for 1 hour. Spread pecans on foil or wax paper. Break apart as they cool. Store in sealed container.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
