Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- cinnamon - 1 tsp
- water - 1/2 c
- nutmeg - 1/2 tsp
- cloves - 1/2 tsp
- oven roasted shelled peanuts - 1 pkg
How to make spiced peanuts:
Boil sugar, water and spices until syrup spins a thread as it drops from a spoon. Add peanuts to syrup. Stir until nuts look dry. Pour on waxed paper and let stand until cold and dry.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, South west pacific.
