Hot curried fruit
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- melted margarine - 1 Tbsp
- curry powder - 1 1
- can pineapple chunks - 1 oz
- can pear halves - 1 lb
- can sliced peaches or halves - 1 lb
How to make hot curried fruit:
Cut peaches and pears into bite size pieces. Combine fruits in 2-quart casserole. Blend margarine, brown sugar and curry powder. Spoon over fruit. Bake at 325° for 30 minutes. Serve warm.Recipe categories: Low protein, Fruit, Side dish.
